New Gallery Announcement

Workplace Foundation is delighted to announce a new gallery in Newcastle City Centre.

Our new gallery is an 1,800sq/ft ground floor shopfront space housing two exhibition spaces, a library and a communal area. Workplace Foundation will be fully accessible and fitted out with sustainable materials. Centrally located in Blandford Square, Newcastle, the gallery is in close proximity to Central Station and public transport links.

We will be opening in mid September with a group exhibition focusing on our Community of Artists. There will be a programme of events throughout the duration of the exhibition. More information to follow. 

About Workplace Foundation:

Workplace first opened in 2005 in Gateshead town centre under the Get Carter car park before moving to the Old Post Office. With Workplace gallery now established in London, our charity Workplace Foundation is embarking on a new chapter in Newcastle with a new and energised team.

Workplace Foundation is a registered charity set up by Workplace that focuses on supporting emerging and under-represented artists based outside of London with a focus on the North.
